ENTRY PERIOD

Entries will be accepted beginning at 10 a.m. PST on June 1st and ending at 11:59 p.m. PST on June 15th, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to registered users of Chaturbate.com who are in compliance with Chaturbate.com’s Terms & Conditions as of the date of entry (including, without limitation, the requirement that they have reached the Age of Majority). Employees (and their immediate household or family members) of Multi Media, LLC (“Sponsor”), and any of its affiliated entities, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION

One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to attend the Ariana Grande concert in New York City scheduled for Saturday, July 18, 2026. The tickets will grant admission to the event on the specified date only and have no cash value, substitution, or transfer except as permitted by the ticket issuer. Prize consists of concert tickets only. Winner will be responsible for providing their own travel and accommodations.

During the ENTRY PERIOD, you can enter by performing these steps:

Use of Likeness: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to Sponsor, their agents and licensees, to use the entrant’s screen name(s) and non-private biographical material in any medium of communication, including but not limited to, print, Internet, radio, and/or television for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing or promotional purposes

Execution of Affidavit and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees that if selected as a winner, the entrant may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Form W-9 (or other appropriate tax form) and to present photo identification. The prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant if the winner does not execute and return any requested forms within 7 days of the date upon which Sponsors sent such forms to the winner.

RELEASE SPONSOR OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising agencies, and each of their employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the Chaturbate’s Pride Month Contest or their receipt or use of the prizes. GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION

This contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any controversy arising under, in connection with or in any way relating to this contest shall be adjudicated before a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California. Entrant and Sponsor: (1) accept, generally and unconditionally, the exclusive jurisdiction of such court and any related appellate court, and irrevocably agree to be bound by any judgment rendered thereby in connection with this contest, and (2) irrevocably waive any objection each may now or hereafter have as to the venue of any such suit, action, or proceeding brought in such a court or that such court is an inconvenient forum.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this contest for any reason, including — without limitation — should Sponsor determine (in its sole discretion) that virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes beyond its control corrupted or affected the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the contest. Sponsor further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process. Additionally, Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. In case of dispute as to the identity of any participant, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the Twitter account from which the entry was submitted. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the Twitter account.
