Displays a special message for tippers either randomly or by tip amount.

The app will display a default message that thanks the tipper under the video window.

It also lets you enter up to 5 messages that can be displayed in the chat room, either by the whole room or just by the tipper. Use the PrivateMessage field to control who sees the message. You can optionally customize the message to include the tipper's name any place you want in the message by adding '&user'.

There are 2 ways the app determines which message to display.

1) if you leave the tip increment at zero, the app will display the messages at random.

2) if you enter a tip increment, the app will display the message corresponding to the amount of tip entered.

For example, if you enter 10 as the increment, then the message 1 will display if the tip is over 10, message 2 will display if the tip is over 20, message 3 will display if the tip is over 30, etc

If you don't enter a message at one of the levels, then you will have one less level.

example; if you enter 10 for the tip increment and 3 messages, then you will have messages for levels of 10, 20 and 30 tokens.

if you do not enter any messages, then the app will default a message for you 'Your tip is appreciated &user'
